Virtual cards for ad spend

Separate the campaign budget from the blank check

Use a virtual-card workflow for eligible marketing operations, test authorization with a small amount, fund only the working budget, and reconcile the card against the campaign.

No advertising platform or merchant is guaranteed to accept the card. Authorization and eligibility can vary by platform, account, region, card program, network, transaction, and time.

A controlled ad-spend workflow

Separate cards can improve internal budget ownership and reconciliation. They do not bypass platform policies, account bans, billing controls, identity requirements, risk reviews, sanctions, or law.

  1. Map one card workflow to one client, campaign group, or budget owner.
  2. Check the platform's billing rules and current RizzCard eligibility.
  3. Create the card and make a small authorization test.
  4. Fund only the working amount after the test succeeds.
  5. Reconcile spend, fees, refunds, and remaining balance against the campaign.
  6. Stop or rotate the card according to current terms when the work ends.
